IT'S A RECORD Well the final total is in and we passed all expectations, at first we thought it would be nice to just pass our previous amount by a few pounds but we did not expect the final result. We are still having trouble collecting a few stragglers but the manager decided that it would be better if he paid them so that the charity would benefit. The total amount raised in aid of the Down's Syndrome Association was £930 yes you have not miss read it £930 we would have loved to break the one thousand pounds and we are still open to anyone who would like us to reach that target but if we don't we will have something to aim for next time, and I hear you all say what is the next event, who knows sponsored swim, sponsored walk or diet you will all have to wait and see but in the meantime well done to everyone who took place in this event. |

GOODBYE She was only with us for a few weeks when Jo informed us she had just discovered she was pregnant and after a couple more weeks of nausea and tiredness she felt it was unfair on other staff members to cover things she was having problems with she decided she should look after herself and so she left. |
